Basics of sourdough

What the class is

Learn by doing

Basics of Sourdough is a hands-on class — two and a half hours where you do the work yourself. You mix your dough and shape it right there at the table, then take it home to bake later, so you learn the craft by doing it, not just watching someone show you what to do.

Community class — $55 per person

Around the kitchen table

Community classes are held around Trinity's kitchen table in White House, Tennessee. She provides some basic sourdough snacks and most of the equipment — just bring yourself and a few friends.

Private class — $45 per person

At your place

Private classes are held at your location: a hands-on sourdough session for a team, client event, book club, girls night, or church group. She brings the experience; the group brings the people.

Good to know

Both class types require a minimum of 4 participants.

“I loved being able to make the bread in class to be baked later. I learn from hands on more than just watching a person show you what to do only. It was enjoyable, met lots of nice ladies, and time went so quickly.”
